i thoroughly enjoyed this straightforward hotel with its favourable location and great staff. location: the property was next to the centre and france.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were reasonable size and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

No bar in hotel or tea and coffee making facilities in room.

The staff were kind and helpful, assisting us. The room was quite spacious and delightfully clean. I particularly enjoyed the easy access to the old town for dinner.

Receptionists not well informed; closed already at 19.30 although 20 hours was indicated; most rooms were not yet made up at 17 hours; sun terrace and front of hotel not cleaned.

the unit we got was bright and elegant with opening windows, climate control, as example. having a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The setting was pretty bad.

The charming courtyard for breakfast added a good atmosphere to our mornings. The helpful owners made our cycling trip extra special with their local recommendations.

It is the best place to stay if your are looking for biking. Every staff member is cordial and strives to meet your needs. The location is central, just off city centre, nearby Bedoin and the footpath.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Brilliant family-friendly hotel for 1 night in Carpentras. Exceptionally clean room with climate control, excellent staff. Lots of GOODies for breakfast. Marvellous and comfy location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Chateau de la Roseraie Recreation Center. And only 5 minutes walking to downtown.

Had a nice big room with a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and helped us loads. Brekkie was lekker with good coffee and a sunny courtyard to enjoy it in.

Only downside was the parking situation was a bit sketchy, but we managed in the end.

The roof terrace offers a surprisingly nice spot for sundowners. The understated inside vibe is nicely finished and provides comfort at a reasonable price.

The lack of air-conditioning in the rooms during a particularly hot day left much to be desired. No tea or coffee-making facilities or mini fridge hindered the experience, especially for potential future stays in warmer months. One room reportedly had an unpleasant drainage smell, further diminishing comfort level. It's worth noting some guests experienced limited towel changes and a lack of attention to basic room supplies, which could.

Consider bringing a portable fan for cooler nights if you stay during warmer months.
